At first glance, little information on the Seekers is available. They are undoubtedly a new organization that is less concerned with public relations than the intricate workings of the alien artifacts trade. Where they don’t travel in geo-political circles, they do show a formidable presence in deep underground movement throughout the Sirius Sector.
Seeker vessels, always light fighter class, can be found in almost all regions of the Sirius Sector. Their reach and exposure is apparent from the heart of Liberty to the edges of the Border Worlds. Strangely enough, the Seekers will engage almost any clan owned or private vessel they come across. They fight with a hardy lust for the tactical experience, with little regard for mercy, or cooperation from outside sources.
Seekers will join forces with organizations or individuals they find appealing, and will almost always engage for one side or the other in System Conflicts. They offer their services free of charge, and in most cases, fight on the defending side as to protect the status quo. They draw their forces against oppressive regimes, without a clear distinction between good or evil. Seekers also are known to be philanthropic in nature, and often distribute healthy unsolicited grants to those they deem hard working and worthwhile.
They seem to be educated in the art of war as well as the classics. Seekers have a general distaste for gaudy modern style. They are deeply involved in educating themselves concerning alien artifacts. They have been known to purchase or acquire choice artifacts with no concern for cost or difficulty. They do not wear synthetic clothing, eat synthesized food, or speak much in public.
In a nutshell, the Seekers seek out the mysteries and hidden knowledge of the Universe, for their own gain. If you ever gain their friendship and loyalty, you will truly be blessed with the knowledge they will fight with you to the end in any conflict, showing only fierce bravery in the face of danger.
Seekers can be your best friends or worst enemies … it is your choice.
