Anyone remember what I said about clan bases and system upgrades being extremely long term projects that wouldn't materialize for a good while on the server? Yeah, about that...
Work on clan bases and other system upgrades is going extremely well - we've already got a good deal of the work done, and are currently nailing down the specifics such as where they'll be located (most systems come with two potential locations that can be selected from), what they'll sell, and so on.
As part of our work on the enhancements to system ownership on the server, we're going to be making a few changes to how it works... to start with, the following systems are being kicked off of the list of ownable systems until further notice:
- Chugoku
- Bering
- Cortez
- Galileo
- Hudson
- Kepler
- Omega-3
- Omega-7
- Tau-29
Clans that currently own one or more of these systems may contact us to request free ownership of another system of equal or less value within the next week. We'll be rolling out additional details on the rest of the changes to system ownership - which we feel will make owning a system finally worth something - as time drags on.
